finnaly decided to work on the wifes formula 350 convert

got it running but the front brakes are locked, needs work but not sure where to start, car has been parked for 2 years now, need brakes , front end , shocks and struts, tune -up, paint work , top , interior work, have most parts just not sure where to start, now that it runs and moves i will be in the garage,

if it runs and moves you might want to get the brakes in good shape

Rich189 06-11-2007 05:36 AM

id start with the brakes/any motor ant tranny work.... then id move on to the paint then the top then the interior

bandit88 06-11-2007 04:55 PM

:w00t: good going ted now you just need the car to stop lol

ted gerlach 06-11-2007 10:21 PM

if i cant get it done in the next 2 months i may be forced to sell due to the third kid,

NJSPEEDER 06-11-2007 11:08 PM

start with whatever is an actual safety issue and then move onto the things that will make it more fun/comfortable to drive. as long as the car is safe you can start to enjoy it regardless of how good/bad the interior and body look

ted gerlach 06-12-2007 04:58 AM

thats true, first brakes, then the steering , then get the hood to close [ no hood latch or cable both broke] bolt the seats back in and start to drive it,
