at last years ewing meet thing, frank(bitchen camaro) told me how he puts catchup in his cole claw so they dont put it on another plate.. I do that all the time now..

Good cole slaw and BBQ pork (real BBQ) is a match made in heaven. It's a shame that so many people make horrible cole slaw and it's an even bigger shame that authentic BBQ can be such a PITA to find.

Same deal with fish. A lot of people have only eaten poorly prepared fish so they don't like it. If you do it right, most types of fish can taste great.

far from it. ESPECIALLY when you catch it yourself and don't pay for it.... but as long as it's prepped right it's great either way :-D

Cole slaw is best....when my mom makes it from the family receipt, and fish is kicking, but like it does have to be cooked right, and another good thing, shark. Im the kinda person that eats just about anything thats edible and crawls in the ocean. BBQ spare ribs and a fat ol' steak...man now im gettign hungry

If you're ever down in Pt Pleasant, The Wharfside has some awesome slaw, too. They actually give everyone a small bowl of it before dinner. I was never a huge slaw fan by any means, but I always eat it there!

Yeah, their slaw is very good. Their bread is good too, especially those powdered sugar dough things.
