sonic restaurants
 

anybody ever eaten at this establishment. i always see their commercials on t.v. and their food looks decent for fast food, but then again all commercials make their food look perfect. far from what you get though. anyway a sonic is being built down in waretown the 1st one in n.j. just wondering how they are? anybody?

Pretty decent. I think the closest operational one is in Morgantown PA.

Yeah I saw that....I heard they usually have cruise nights too. I saw it when I was down at the shorehouse like 2 weeks ago. (Forked River)

When I went on vacation to south carolina I stopped at one multiple times and I found their food to be the best out the normal fast food joints. I liked the cruise in feel and just the way it was setup. I wish there was one closer.

ya iv been waiting for the one in waretown to open up im sick of seeing commericals for places we dont have

me and a couple other guys drove over to pa to get sonics and it was definitely worth the ride. the food is good, but the drinks are where its at

i went to them when i was on vacation to TN 2 years ago

Sonic food is good. I eat at one everytime I go to Florida.

like i said the food looks really good in their commercials. but their drinks are what i really want to try. ever see a subway sub look anything like they advertise?

Its a fast food place, went to a few in vegas. Girls come out on rollerskates and you eat in your car.

One is coming to Forked River soon, first one I've seen in NJ.

MMMmmmmm....Sonic is awesome!! I went to one in FL when I went down there to buy my car...I hear there's one in DE.....I didnt know about the one opening in waretown....it's a little ride from here but its worth it...anyone know if they started on it yet...or if its n e where finished?

the drinks are as good as described in the commercial, cherry limeade is the *****

i read in the press that it plans on being open in the fall. it also said it will be very small 1800 sq ft. i did'nt know that they have no inside dining, drive thru or car hop service only. can't wait to give it a try.

Do any of them have inside dining? The one I went to was pretty small....drive thru and car hop service only as well. Can't wait for that one to open....looks like we might have to have a cruise there once they are open :)

They are like Checkers (set up wise) - order window and a few outside tables thats it.

i went to a sonic this month while i was in florida... good stuff but i wanted to kill my stomach shortly after

guess ill have to ride by every so often and check out progress sense its right down the street from me

I thought they were the same company. Theres 2 or 3 Checkers around me. Evil f'n rat burgers. If they were open late they would be the best after bar or pub food.
