that is what happens when you don't brace the nose properly afte weight reduction. the 30+lbs lost from ditching the impact beam, frame snouts, and associated hardware is a good call for a race car. just have to remember to put about 5lbs of framework back in it's place. lol

that trans am, my god, those rims just set it off. If i got a firebird, I would defiantly get those style rims. anyone know what they are, and what size they might be? and what make and style tire that is?

Those are Weld Pro-Stars, most likely 15"x3.5" in the front and either 15"x8" or 15"x10" in the rear.

Several guys here have the same wheels....here's a pic of them on Little G's car at E-town:

they look great, but for some reason they look better on the T/A's, i guess to me it looks alot liek the batmobile wiht them.

Tru2Chevy 07-08-2007 10:25 PM

Well, they look better on any car when they are tucked up nice. Craig's car is still on stock springs all the way around, and it's several hundred pounds lighter than stock, so it sits quite high.

Well, the front looks really high because that pic was taken at launch with the front end at full droop. But yea, it's high.
