99 pontiac trans am WS6 fs in Central Jersey

this is a courtesy listing for a friend. please direct all questions to him.

you might remember a while back i was trying to help a friend solve his hard shifting problems on his 99 m6 TA WS6. well, he's getting out from under it. the price he's asking, 8600, is below NADA guidelines. NADA lists a 1999firebird-V8 MC:II Coupe Trans Am WS6 Model #FV2: trade-in:10675, loan amount: 9625, retail: 12850. there is a $350 add for t-tops and everything else is a wash. the MC:II is mileage class 2, and his 110,000 miles gets a deduction of $425. even still, selling it this low will of course bring the obligatory question: what's wrong with it. except for the hard shift, nothing. i've seen the car and it's clean enough to eat off of any area of the car (no, seriously).

anyway, if you were in the market and you've got 9k burning a hole in your pocket, then you can't go wrong picking this little beauty up. his name is Rob Bello and his number is 908-783-3951.

It is a manual transmission.

it's in the specialty edition of the auto shopper rag. i bet you'd find it online, match the description then the telephone number.

if you search in our tech section, you'll see me outlining the problem and the possible solutions. the owner, i guess, decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
