texting or calling

which do you find yourself doing more of. i kinda like the whole texting thing but sometimes my fingers seem to fat for my darn phone.

qwikz28 07-05-2007 05:09 PM

i get far more texts than i do phone calls. ~50 incoming a day

ShitOnWheels 07-05-2007 05:09 PM

I much prefer text. Not a fan of the phone, often get interupted, dropped calls, etc. Text is so much easier.

Frosty 07-05-2007 05:13 PM

Text. Being social and talking to people is overrated. :D

NJSPEEDER 07-05-2007 05:13 PM

both about equally

79CamaroDiva 07-05-2007 05:18 PM

texting definitely. most of the times i don't have anything important to say and its easier to bs via text while at work. if there's details involved, then ill call.

Mike 07-05-2007 05:19 PM

yeah if its just to set somthing up ill text, that way details cant get confused, if i need to talk ill call but i hate phones

Firebird67dude 07-05-2007 05:23 PM

Texting is better. To many ppl. can hear when ypu tslk to someone on the fone.

Savage_Messiah 07-05-2007 05:30 PM

I'm more of a texter myself, but if it's urgent then I don't wanna play games about if they got my text yet or not. Calling is immediate.

79dizZy28 07-05-2007 05:46 PM

I'm more of a texter. Because I usually use my cell to set up events for the night which would require multiple calls back and fourth to figure out what people are doing. Texting is just easier for both sides in this type of situation.

i go through 3000-4000 texts a month........yeah i like texting.

Texting is good at work when you can't really be on your phone if you have something to do you put the text down and continue later. I think I go through about 60 sent a day.

JL8Jeff 07-05-2007 08:14 PM

What's texting?

Oh wait, do you need a cell phone to do that with?

Oh well, no cell phone here so no texting or phone calls unless I'm sitting at home next to the phone.

part of the reason i asked is because i always had plenty of minutes. more then i'd ever use, so i talked alot, i have cingular service and i was very happy with it but in the few months since ATT took over cingular i've had more dropped calls in that time, then the whole year of cingular service i'd had before the change. the reception sucks, i'd swear it was a nextal if i did'nt know better. so now thats the reason i'm texting more then calling any more:evil:
