Fall fling II - Oct 14th
 

Last year's event looked like a good time - might have to get out there for this one.

The pavillion is rented/ reserved for the whole day, Sunday Oct. 14th.

Bought four packs of hot dogs...
I will bring the mustard, ketchup and relish.

I need a rough idea of how many people plan to attend so I will have hot dogs for everyone.

I'd love to come but its too far south of the way I'd be going, considering I'm going to be at the Macungie, PA show I posted on that day.

I am prob gonna make it there :-P .......Trying to get all of my F-body buddies to go (about 8 all together) Leaving out of marlboro, If anyone wants to cruise with us down there. Looks like it should be a good time there

Hey man, are there gonna be burgers too? Anything else in particular you need (plated,napkins,ect)

I rented the pavillion and I'm supplying the hot dogs. Can't do burgers too. ;)

I got a stack of napkins.

Will be bringing ketchup, mustard and relish too.

That's ok...I guess I'll have to get something then (I'am actually allergic to hot dogs:cry: That's the only reason I asked.)

Less than two weeks now... :D

Here's what I got:
I have 76 hot dogs.
24 cans of Pepsi.
12 cans of Coke.
12 cans of Mug root beer.
12 cans of Brisk.

I have napkins and plates.
Ketchup, mustard and pickles.

I'm going to get two cases of water and rolls.

Now is a good time to know how many people are going to show so I have enough stuff for everyone.

What is the time on this little shin-dig? I'm going to Willow Grove that day, but I think that wraps early, like 2pm. I'm thinking about swinging by for this if it is feasible.

Everyone is planning to get there around 11:30 - noon, probaly be there until 4ish. Unless people don't leave?

Cool. I just checked a map and it appears these 2 places are very close. So we may roll in in the 77 around 230 or so.

So who all is coming off this board?
I need to fgiure who much of the parking lot to "reserve"

We have enough water and sodas now. If you want burgers, ya'll have to bring some. :)

For those that are clueless looking for the pavillion 5, look for the "F4" sign. Neon orange letter/number on black background. F4= F-body Final Fall Fling.

For "BonzoHansen", look for all of the cars. Bahahhahahha

Great turnout again! I still can't believe no park rangers showed up after 50+ smokey burnouts! D@m kids! :mrgreen:

Thank you all soooo much for making this event an event once again. Please do not lose sight that it is absolutely nothing without you all showing up. I was hoping, then grateful and then finally blown away with the turnout. When I did a walk through at the "height" of the event, I counted fifty-five (55) vehicles. Already at that point some had slipped off. But the official count by me is at 55. Damn. I was hoping to touch 40. Thanks to all of you, it was an awesome turnout.

Thanks goes out to those of you that brought "stuff". We had sent out my daughter Jessica for more hot dogs... and with some packs that someone brought, The Carol served up over 120. We are both happy that you all ate and we didn't have to cart too much crap back home. We both appreciate those that brought the waters, ice and coolers. There was only half a case of water left and some diet coke.

In all honesty, I was surprised by the cake. Thanks for the moment to "sing" (You all collectively suck) Happy Birthday. Major thanks to Pampered-z's wife Sue for the cake. I think she got the idea from a photo off my website that is also published in a firebird book. I really don't think I am aggressive driver... everyone else drives too slow. Bahahhahahaha. But it wasn't about me, it was all about you people.

The Park Ranger finally showed up at 4:20ish. He came in and exited out of the same entrance, and thus never saw the road. Bahahahhahhahhaha.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing this for you all, and will do so again next year for you. And yeah, I let myself to be persuaded to do a burnout.... (Liz)... but I enjoy more watching you all carrying on.

A small sample of one of the many tire abuse session's going on yesterday in PA! I think there was more tire smoke in the park than there is down at E-town! We were lucky there was a nice breeze blowing to clear out the smoke! :)
