CMON!!!!!!!!
I would like to say thanks to cheap tools, especially my gear puller that didnt come with directions, which help me strip threads..
on the good side, thank you good tool companys, I just broke a 50 year old wrench, I hope It takes another 50 years to break the other half:rofl: |
I had an 8" scar on my arm from a snapped cheap easy-out for a while.

Ha ha nope.
But I was pissed for a few reasons: 1.) I got cut and bloody (obviously) 2.) I broke a tool and most importantly: 3.) It broke off flush IN the bolt, and even though it was a cheap POS it was still harder than any drill bit I had so I couldn't drill it out. I ended up grinding it down, cutting the head of a bolt off and welding the threads onto the remains of the easy out. Turned out great for a hack job, actually. Since then I've always been wary of cheap or imported tools... |
