So this weekend is going to suck already..

I have to work weekend duty this weekend(10 pm-10am both friday and saturday). I told supervision tuesday and wednesday that they messed up the schedule and that someone needs to be there with me. They said they would get someone.....yeah right. I knew this was going to happen. So I come into work tonight(friday) and low and behold I'm the only one here. So I have to pull a 12 hour shift by myself with no lunch break at all. It's customer service too so in the morning when they start shift change at 7 am it's going to hit the fan. 100+ tools coming in and 100+ tools going out all for me. I'm definitely going to need to blow off some steam sunday night when I'm off.

that bites, my advice to you...start drinking heavily, lol just watched animal house, i have to do a 700r4 trans swap but id choose the trans swap anyday over two overnight 12 hour shifts...trans will be out and back in, in probably 4 hours if i have energy and motivation, good luck tho

I feel ya Rob.....I've now been at work since 4:00 pm, and it looks like I'll be here until 8:00am now. New guy didn't show up for his shift......

Wouldn't be so bad normally, but with the new baby my sleep patterns have been non-existent lately.

I've had the new guy thing happen to me a few times to not relieve me. It sucks. Sorry to hear about your sleep and the crappy 16 hour day
