Yep. 2 cars of mine. The pro-am, the kid sideswiped a telephone poll... and my 88 ws6, which was gutted, when i spent all my spare time and $$$ to bring that car back into A++ shape.

njfastestcamaro 09-08-2007 11:43 AM

Last I hear my car is sitting on blocks in a backyard like a typical 3rd gen.

BonzoHansen 09-08-2007 01:17 PM

I sold my 82 to a guy in Manchester (rt 72?), I lived in Belmar, worked in Freehold. So there is no real close proximity.

I saw it pass me the day after I sold it in Howell. Never saw it again.

He bought it for his newly licensed little girl, small girl, maybe 80 lbs wet. The girl had the seat all the way up. I know she wrecked it, she had to of. Too much car for a small inexperienced driver. Hell, I almost walked out on the deal when I saw who would be driving it :(

quasar34 09-08-2007 01:51 PM

i sold my old camaro to paul cuz the engine was blownn i didnt have enough cash to fix it.. we all know the end of that story.. last timei saw it was just the frame.. >=o(

NJSPEEDER 09-08-2007 02:05 PM

nope, cause i use them til they are dead and then send them to the scrap pile :)

SpeedMetalT/A 09-08-2007 03:00 PM

I've seen one of my old camaros that got sold to a kid in red bank. I didn't even want to sell it to him b/c he had told me he had a 4 cylinder 85 mustang and had lost control of it and hit a lincoln navigator and that's why he needed a new car.So i didn't sell it to him and he had his uncle come 3 days later and buy the car for him.The last time I saw it the front was smashed in and some how the gfx on the drivers side under the door had a section ripped off it like he had decided to drive over curbs. It made me wish I hadn't sold the car.I was pissed that he ended up with it too.

The S/C MR2 is the next town over beaten to crap. I feel bad for the lil import.

The only car I saw was my neon.... and I was happy. It had some new mods.... ones that I was always considered and they were bad @ss!

Short throw shifter was awesome!!!!

Tru2Chevy 09-08-2007 05:07 PM

I was sad when the Lumina broke....and my old Omni was given to one of the guys that pumps gas at my dad's service station, and it randomly caught fire as he was pulling into work one day. :(

Bah, that's misuse - it lacks/lacked the large steel bumper to attack garbage cans with. It does/did have a battle scar from attacking a Hyundai though. Damn driver of the Hyundai was too preoccupied with the bucket of fried chicken in his lap to pay attention to where he was going in the parking lot.
