mMmMmMm v8...
 

Well I finally got back into a vehicle... I went from my 305 auto camaro to a 5speed 6cyl Toyota pickup, to a 1.3L 5speed samurai, and now I'm in an 87 Chevy Stepside 3spd stick with a granny gear and a mild 350. Alls I have to say is its so good to come full circle back to chevy and feel that v8 power again. Which I think this truck is faster off the line than my friggin camaro.

The nice thing about those trucks is there is enough room under the hood to have a par-tay if ya want! Def nice to work on. :nod:

i drove my bosses 85 chevy truck once...not aware of the granny gear. put it in what i thought was first...let the clutch out...and...you know the rest

at my work, we have a 85 GMC utility truck with a 8.2L diesel, and geared so low it tops out at 50 on the highway. I pulled the front wheels off the ground one day with a bunch of people watching from the loading dock. It was friggin' awesome.....

those GM trucks pull baby....even the mini vans do...my friends moms chevy mini van was a beast

I'll get some pics. Yeah it hauls *** but I think I wanna get it tuned because its TBI with a stock chip and a hot cam...
