With my grand parents involving the car accident they had in may.

I learned that, in the state of nj. You can have 2 prior failure to stop at a stop sign and then nearly kill some one, and walk away with a $150 fine.

Guess what her excuse was for the 3rd failure to stop. She was wearing slippers. :lol:
