Thanks, 1Qwikbird could not have done it without all your help. Was an interesting night as I thought I was done after smacking the oil pan on the second qualifier. Car actually carried the wheels pretty good for once.
I did not even know if I was in the field with a 10.21 @ 139mph. It turns out I was qualified I believe 13 or 14th out some 20 cars not too impressive. I ended up getting the alternate in round 1 as my opponent was broke. I knew the car was working good tonight but was afraid to break out. I took no chances and went .008 on the .500 Pro tree. I was able to get on the brakes hard at the top end as I was well ahead of the other guy. I ended up going 10.51 @111mph. Not to bad as at half track I was already going 110mph. Second round my opponent had a red light, good thing as I was late on the tree with an .05 reaction time. In the semis I knew I had a tough competitor who is always in at the end. I treed him slightly but the car did not hook and went 1.8 to the sixty foot. However I was gaining on him the whole way down. I went 111mph to half track. (New best) Then it went out the back at 140.49mph. The sad part was the et as it was 10.31 which lost to his 10.23 at 131mph. The margin of victory was just .0316 of a second. :-x
I figured not too bad of a night. Got to fix the oil pan but hey the car went a new best of 140.49mph. I got to give a big thanks to 1Qwikbird for helping me out with replacing the clutch (again) and Bammann Racing for the motor and all his help and Rob and Mike for helping out at the track also tonight.
