Clear car bra

Anyone know of a place in Central NJ that installs the 3M clear bras? Friend has a Slostice and wants to protect the car from chips. I know Tango-Two got it on his Firehawk and loved it.

I don't know of any specifically, but I think a lot of tint shops will install them.

Hey Sliderule, the guy who took the dent out my Z does that too. I saw positive posts on BMW and Porsche sites about his work, including clear bra. No nonsense, all business kind of guy. Not a hack kid. I got his name from a dealer. IIRC, that stuff ain't cheap. $500-$700

Unless your not super fussy, this stuff will get a black line of dirt (at the very edge) that you can see. Once it gets in there, you cannot remove it because it stains the very edge of the plastic, especially on a light colored paint.

That's why we are talking about clear bra's.....basically clear contact paper that covers the paint on the nose. Impossible to see from more than ~5 feet away.
