You could always just fab up a projector into your stock housing. Takes some more work, but you can still get good results without blinding everyone else on the road.

yeaa i e-mail led gagues because they have a sealed beam conversion kit for my car and told them i want the kit but want it with projector housing. they said they can get me the housing but i need to fab up my own mounting brackets. any thoughts about that?

Mounting brackets shouldn't be too difficult.

See if you can get them to email you some pics of the housing and projector that they would be selling you

this is what the guy e-mail me "All you would need to do is make the brackets to hold the housing in place, which is best done with lexan which is a plastic material. Depending on how deep in you mount them you may need to modify the back of the headlight bucket as well."

and this is the projectors the kit has. http://www.ledgauges.com/TAPK.jpg

Hmm....I wonder why they want you to make brackets with lexan? I would think that just some relatively thin sheet metal would be fine.

You may want to just find out the size and contact this guy:

I'm replacing the stock sealed beam headlights on my Jeep per his advice. He'll be able to guide you better than I.
