Seat Belt Problem
 
The divers seat belt won't retract (It does if you feed it in). Before I check it out, what would cause this?

a bad retracter, best bet is to just find a new seatbelt on ebay and swap it out

what kind of car is it i have a grey seatbelt out of my 92 rs

I have a complete set of black set belts and the seat belt clips with new springs, guides, and buttons.
