Security Light

I go to my car this morning to warm it up for work and it doesn't start, I look down and I see the security light is on. I've owned a 4th gen f-body since I started driving (2003) and never came across this. I waited a few minutes, put the key back in and she woke up. Should I be worried about something? lol

sometimes the chip gets loose or scuffed on the key and the VATS goes into security mode, but then itll work a few minutes later.

thats gay. But I did try the spare and it was the same thing.

I think its two minutes and it resets. That happened to me a few times.

try cleaning the key as well
