FF FTW

Tru2Chevy 12-16-2007 08:08 PM

Firefox about 95% of the time. Also Opera and Camino sometimes.

Using Firefox now, and I'm a happy camper! No more issues with shutting down the PC and having to redo the login info every time. I also dig the built-in spell-check feature!

Camino is acceptable for Macs....it's basically Firefox optimized for Mac, even though there is a version of Firefox for Mac too.

I have both installed on my Powerbook.

Firefox mostly, occasionally IE.

ShitOnWheels 12-16-2007 08:56 PM

Opera mostly, IE when sites don't work with Opera.

I haven't tried using FireFox again. Didn't like it back in it's early days. May have to try it at some point. Probably when I upgrade to XP (I'm still on 2k, never got around to upgrading, lol).

Iroc-z86 12-16-2007 09:27 PM

safari and firefox runnin on my ibook g4.

bubba428 12-16-2007 09:30 PM

Well, I upgraded to XP when it was in Beta (old corp edition). It didn't like my printer and a couple other pieces of important hardware, so I downgraded. And then had so many problems trying to "buy" XP I never did. Now I have a legit copy and just don't have the time to sit and format and reinstall. I thought I'd do it over Christmas Break (11 days off is a good time to get stuff done), but now that we're moving shortly after the new year, I have to pack and such. Oh well. :)

As I said, had way too many problems with the non-legit copies I had. I gave up trying. Lol. Might get around to it by the time Microsoft releases the answer to Vista, lol.

I'm using FireFox, and absolutely love it. The built in spell checker is great to have. But I still have to use IE once in a while to watch videos.
