looking for a 4th gen
 

im looking for a 4th gen bird of camaro lt1 but i would like a 6 speed. i know this limits my options greatly but i would not like to spend more than 7000. let me know if anyone has something they want to sell or know of anyone selling what im looking for.

Are ls1's an option? If so 7000 is price range for 98-99 cars with high miles but if it was taken care of it will run till 200k.

ls1 are also a option. i just figured that all ls1's in decent shape would be out of my price range.

I got my 98z for 5500 with 110k two years ago but its an auto.

this is the only thing they have at the place i got mine in that price range right now. they have a few kick ass f-bodies up there, just not much at that low a price.

If you're interested, i have a 2000 Ls1 camaro with an auto for sale, it has 85,000 miles and is clean. i just installed long tube headers, had a tune, and put 4 new tires on it. my price is 8,000 firm

thank you, but i am set on a 6 speed if i get another f-body. sounds like a great car though.

LS1's are very cheap nowadays man. I got my 6-speed Formula from Bob Maguire Chevrolet in Bordentown NJ for $3750:) All it needed was a MAF cleaning,battery and idler Pulley:) Check LS1tech.com classifieds. There are tons of deals on there now
