Good place to find info on..

It's very hard to find good info online. Find a mortgage broker and a realtor you trust and sit down with each of them seperately and pick their brain....you'll learn a lot more that way. I just bought my first house 5 months ago and I made sure I did all of my homework first and have no regrets now.
