The description is bull that is a gen 1 sbc and he said it has been stroked .030". Either he is a scammer or just stupid.

I'm guessing the latter. It looks like a decent build but not a great one. Enough to be very cautious about. Not to mention it's really nothing special- just a first gen with air bags and rack and pinion. Gen I motor, TH350, what is claimed to be a 9" (though I don't know of any 3.73 gearsets for one, just 3.70's, so it could be anything...) etc.
