Headers

I want to upgrade my car and i think the next step is headers. All i read about is Pacesetters - is that the best bet for quality and price? 94 3.4l - Also i was reading that adding these to my car would cause problems with the ERG, clearance issues, is this true? - Herron Perf. has them for $225, seams resonable. How much should i expect to pay (ballpark) for installation?

Thanks

also - can i really expect a better sounding car from these? it already has a nice rumble for a 6 shooter - with a cut out and these headers wil it get the job done. I want it really lound. And i never have the car over 2500rpm so im not worried bout raspy sounds.

$225 is average, thats what I paid from summit. get a 2.5in cat-back and she'll have a really nice sound give me a min and I'll put up a vid. its just cat-back/manifolds
