I saw the ZR1......F'en HAWT~~!!!! Def. some excitement there!! MMMmmmmm!!!!!
And I saw a cute Woody truck :)
Apparently Hyundai is coming out with a V8 this summer as well...

I'm pretty sure the Camaro at the autoshow is still the concept....might be the preproduction though, with the concept's big wheels/tires.

Thats the concept, and it has 21's and 22's.
Hyundai Genisis with a 375hp V8 will be coming out in the summer. They had a bunch of commercials going on durring teh game today. Lame.

I know the Camaro was a concept...it's still yuck.

It was just a matter of time before Hyundai came out with their V8

Oh yeah...the Nissan GTR was pretty hawt too.
• VR-series twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6.
• 480 hp @ 6,400 rpm. 430 lb-ft torque @ 3,200–5,200 rpm.
If my memory serves me correctly it runs 11.4 (or .2) in the 1/4 stock.
They start at 69k. lol. If I had nothing better to do with my money I would buy one for fun :)
I didnt get to see the inside of it or anything though :(

Kelsey.... you dissapoint me :cry::cry: lol

ChevyQueen 02-05-2008 12:34 PM

I agree with Kelsey. I wasn't impressed by the Camaro at all. I hated the wheels. The Corvette was defeintely my favorite.

The 35 MPG mandate for 2020 has really opened my eyes to the point where I'm thinking that all of the high performance cars coming out are already obsolete. I'm eagerly awaiting the day when we can have an affordable, sexy sports coupe with world class performance that can get at least 35 MPG in the highway.

It's been out for years that those wheels will not be that huge on the real car

I talked with the Nissan rep at another show two weeks ago and they are planing to sell the car as a full production car, not some limited production car or order-to-import type car, so it'll be readily available.
