turns out that's the definition of P1514 for Ford's & Mopar's... on GM's it means "throttle body performance" (??)

Yea your right. On other sites it states "Airflow to Throttle Position Sensor Correlation High".

What year, make, model car is this popping up on. Vehicle running different then normal because of it?

'99 Camaro, 3.8 V6, auto...

from a cold start, car runs for ~10 minutes, then dies...
