valve train
 
i am thinking of upgrading my valve train with better springs, roller rockers and pushrods what suggestions of each do you guys have. i have looked at all the major brands but i would like to build a set up that works well and is strong. let me know what you guys suggest

Whats wrong with the stock setup? Are you planning on camming it? If so, that will play a factor.

Most of that upgrade would depend on the cam and for that consult your engine builder or cam manufacturer. But I speak from experience when I say get rid of the stock rockers. One of mine spilled its guts all through the motor and luckily didn't do any damage, but I was lucky. See the attached pics.

oh yea:rofl: all for 3 f#$@#$%^ing needle bearings. But I found those little bastards and learned a whole lot about the LS motor along the way.

im planning on getting a turbo and was told it will be harder on the valve train also i may do a cam down the line but want to get it in order for the turbo
