lt1 help, looking to buy
 

I'm looking to buy a lt1 possibly.

I owned a ls1 camaro m6 before.

Its a ram air hardtop formula, 6spd

car has 98k and paint is in fair shape. haven't actually checked the car out yet. Do you guys think the price is fair?

ha ha ha..I wrote it and it didn't make sense..deleted it and then forgot the price.. long day.

thay are asking 6k..I was thinking about offering 5k. I have zero experience with lt1s though..how modable are they?

are you sure you're stuck on getting an lt1? you can probably find an LS1 for around that same price.

i'd be all for finding a m6 ls1 for that price..they are few and far between though. I'd like to get something asap instead of waiting. Plus they usually have a lot more miles on them then this. I'd really like to find a lt1 for 3-4k though. PLus the hardtop if a really big plus on this one since I hat e t tops, plus it would be better for auto xing that I plan on mostly doing with the car.

I'm not looking for a 10 second car..just something that will run with my old ls1..which was stock..and handle well. So I would mostly work on the suspension and do a full exhaust.

only interested in manual trans cars..thank you though. I am open to third gens though...just haven't seen many manual trans cars out there.
