powder coating
does any1 know of a place that can powdercoat a set of brake calipers because i was gunna order them from ssbc and they want an extra 300$$$ to do it which is ridiculous. so who knows any places that will do it for a reasonable price?

paul, how much thickness do you think the powder adds to the surface? ive been thinking of getting my brake calipers done to cover all the grinder marks to make the 15s fit....but i dont want to have the same problem all over again after they are coated

i just ordered the brakes coated but i may have other things coated. how long is your turn around time and what are your prices?

Mike....the coating isn't that much thicker than heavy paint applications usually....if you wanted more I could go more or I can go a little lighter as long as I feel the coverage is good.
MTG......turnaround time depends on the size of the parts and the condition you bring them to me in. If they're large and need to be completely blasted firt it obviously takes longer. I usually try to get things out the door within 3-5 days tops. |
