Needs:
Heater core replaced. I have the part and will probably do it within the week. It takes about 20 minutes to do, but I'm putting it here in case I don't get around to it.

Needs a rear. Fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. This actually opens up the opportunity to pick and choose what kind of rear and what gearing you would want. If I replace it, price will most likely go up. Seriously though, a replacement posi unit from an overpriced online retailer is $250. Local junkyard is in the range of $75, and it's about 45 mins worth of labor (an hour rate if you take it to a shop). I still drive it every day, so it's not all that big a deal, just loud.
