Spotted two 2nd gens
74-77 big bumper brown, Quick Check Franklin NJ
70-73 Burgundy, centerlines, 4 inch scoop, just looked and sounded mean (auto though) RT. 23 N Butler about 6:30 PM last night ..anyone here? |
I assume the burgandy one is not Rat Race Rich?
|
I don't think so. I only saw his car once last year at the Chatterbox.
|
Man the only 2nd gens I see up north are rusted out bombs with old ladies driving them on original 1970's plates. All the good ones are locked up in garages and only come out for car shows.
|
Two in one day I was impressed that 70-73 was just mean!

i dono. that front looks real high. cut half a coil or heat them or something!

He's going for the old school look, and he nailed it in spades. It's not a caynon carver. The paint & car are beautiful. He lurks here form time to time too.

With a lowered car and a regular exhaust, would/do you cringe when you scrape the exhaust? Now imagine that that exhaust is highly visible and covered in expensive chrome or ceramic coating. And that the side pipe system is 2 grand. |
i understand, but it still looks a little weird. maybe a little more tire or rim? looks like theres alot already but the stance of a car is pretty big. its a sharp car, hell i wanted a 78-82 vette with sidepipes. maybe in a few years....
|
Scott, no thats not it, no side pipes and had centerlines
