Damn weather

This morning, the tree behind my house decided that my house would look a lot better with a sky light. So it made arrangements with Mother Nature and they dropped a branch right through the roof.
Missed my room by about 10 ft, hit into the empty attic space that runs along side the spare room. Its all patched up for now, the adjuster is coming out thursday.
I dont have any cool pictures, since I was rushing to get to work when the branch hit.

dude that sucks. i have a couple dead cedars falling into the road being held up by vines. cop came by when my sister was home and moved our pickup into the driveway since it was parked right under the falling trees. nice guy. oh and my neighbors grill blew off his patio when i was going into the shower. that woke me up! hopefully ur covered though

That sux man, at least nobody was hurt. Hopefully the adjuster will add in some extra money and you can build a secret lair.

Yeah the wind has been nuts, sorry to hear about the casa! I hope they work everything out with you guys easily.

The house behind us dropped half a tree into our yard and through the roof of my shed two years ago. The owner of the house brought a few guys over, and we cleaned it all up, and they fixed the roof of my shed too. But, it's been half-dead since then, and the guy still hasn't cut it down. Another big branch came down and almost hit his house the other night with all the wind/rain, and they just cleaned it up today; still haven't cut the rest of the damn thing down.

that sucks, like everyone else said hopefully it won't be a hassle with the insurance.
