not sure about north jersey, but on 88 in brick theres a sunoco with 100. though i imagine without the right map tuned to take advantage of the timing allowed, not sure it will matter much.

WildBillyT 06-01-2008 10:09 AM

"CAM2" is now GT100.

I know you said your in Hudson, but theres a gas station in Midland Park that carries all the higher octane gases, but you have to fill up in a container.

I guess thats special to that sunoco? Idk I only get gas there and always thought the majority of sunocos had the 100 octane.

Nope. I have never seen a high octane pump at a Sunoco and I used to only fill up at them.

Hmmm I wonder what the reason for my local one having it is then... Idk either way I like it being there. My dad gives his vette a sip once and a while.

The funny part is that its $6 a gallon a believe and the changing gas prices have never bumped it up. Perhaps that means when regular is $6, premium is $6.15 and super is $6.30 we can all go get 100oct in Brick still at $6 :D

Yeah, I have a local GT100 pump that was at $7.75 for YEARS. Now it's $8.00. I can walk to it though, and in a pinch I filled my lawnmower with it. Nothing spectacular but it did run better.

on railway ave in paterson, right by my house the guy has gt100, had him fill up the t/a a few times, it was like 6 a gallon, and he had 104 for 7 a gallon. he had up to 118 leaded, not sure on price though

NastyEllEssWon 06-02-2008 04:58 PM

That's the Valero (used to be a Coastal) on Parkway Ave in West Trenton. They have sold Cam2 100 octane for years. Not sure on the price though. Haven't bothered to even look at it since I was in high school in the late 90s.

I got it a few months ago there and it was $5.75! I asked a few weeks ago if it was still the same price and the guy laughted at me and said "you don't want to know what it cost now!"

NastyEllEssWon 06-04-2008 11:32 AM
