Tinted the Hatch
 

so i woke up today and decided to finally use some bday money and get my hatch tinted! came out pretty good, they used one piece!

Yeah that came out amazing! Who did you take it to? I'm planning on having mine redone before the Nats.

i guess thats the only benefit of not having a rear defroster. looks realll goood

That looks good, what percent is the tint?

i went to window tint shop 456 west rt 46 in south hackensack.

the guy said since i dont have the rear defrost it was even harder to mold the film since he couldnt make any relief cuts.

its 5% tint

i need a new NJFBOA decal since he had to remove it to use the heat gun to mold the film to the shape of the window!

looks good, I had to paint the inside because the dot nmatrix finally got to me one day and i could take it. oh and GL getting a new hatch sticker :lol: but no, ... no, thats not funny

That looks nice as hell.... automagic in glassboro did mine... i heard nothing but good things about them and my hatch looks like complete ****. Went back 4 times and they won't redo it.... sucks that place is so far away from me lol.

I had mine done at automagic too and they did a horrible job. I want to get it redone but its fine for now. I wont be going back there. My brother got his 07 sonata tinted out there and they did a really nice job on his though.

You should see my hatch, its not even acceptable. Line and bubbles all over the place and it isn't even a month old.

lol yea i got about 4 or 5 lines, some bubbles, and i cut the tint over the matrix because that was a joke, i painted the inside of the glass so that looks solid now. It was one of my first things i did to the car and i didnt know any better, hell i didnt even look that close at it at first, now im getting anal though.
