From what I gather, its a 2nd gas that displaces the lost nitrious oxide, so that the pressure for the nitrous is always up. This is the famed "nano" kit.
Where with a bottle heater heats up the bottle to build pressure, this just injected another inert gas into the nitrous bottle.

My question to you is this...what happens when the little bottle gets low and the pressure in the nitrous tank is higher then the smaller bottle?

There is a one way valve which will only allow gas transfer from the small bottle to the big. They tell you to jet down your nitrous because this will deliver more flow and all the way down the track. I already got a baseline with the basic nitrous system on the car so I'll take the bird in the fall to see if it works or made a difference.

Very interesting, let us know how it works!

I really cant wait to see what this does for you. I heard If you dont rejet it will give you 25 % more power of your original shot.

Well they tell you to rejet down just the nitrous about 20% to maintain the same power. If you don't pill down nitrous, you will actually run lean! However even though its the "same" power level, it's supposed to keep the power down at the top end of the track. As the bottle is releases pressure downtrack, the tune gets richer so this is supposed to alleviate that. We will see.
