In 1996 did Chevy Impala s/s, LT1 motors come supercharged; theres a guy who wants a motor build for street/strip, to go in the high 11's the cars w/ him, bout " 4700 lbs.". Thanks. JR.

No. They only got the Eaton blowers when they went to the 3.8L FWD platform.

yeah, no s/c option, and those were iron headed unlike f/y body lt1s

Thanks, I thought he didn't know what he was talking about. But he still wants anLT1 built for his car we'll do it, just have to find out what he's got on there for a supercharger. Thanks again. JR.

LT1 with iron heads, not the aluminum heads of the Fbody/Corvette.
