Installed HID's on the T-bird
 
The ballasts are tucked away in a safe spot but I still have to mount them somewhere.

Comparing the HID to the stock headlight:

yup... I'm giving back to everyone that blinds me lol. Seriously though I have a set of projectors I'm gonna try to retro fit into my old housings

Good.....hopefully the finished product will turn out well.

In the meantime, go take some pics of the lights shining on your garage door or something similar when it gets dark out. We'll see what the beam pattern from the stock housings looks like....

They're bright as hell! I have to adjust my housings in the meantime but I can see they have a line and if I toe the lights in a little and lower them (I had them aimed higher with the stock bulbs) they should be decent. BTW these lights are off of an 03 5 series BMW, so this is all a custom install.

Instead of doing a "toe in" on them, point them both ever so slightly to the right.

good call, will do. and yup, the beamer got new headlights with ballasts and bulbs so I grabbed the old ones.
