Do you have any editing software? I'd highly recommend resizing the image in a program and re-hosting. Its a really nice picture but whoever you hosted it with murdered the quality.

I'll use photoshop to resize 1 or 2 pics. For a whole folder, I use Image Resizer powertoy.

I'll have to figure it out. I just resize the pics in photobucket. Photobuckets gets laggy sometimes and doesnt resize the pic.

You probably overloaded the server with the pics you put up everyday ...

Yeah I have issues with them seriously killing quality. Its best to resize them in Photoshop to the size you want to post them at and run a sharpening tool. I'm sure you can find someone who has a copy of Photoshop somewhere. I used Elements for the longest time and thought myself how to use it. Then I took a class in college using Corral on a Mac.

I've tried sharpening the pics i take but get white edges.

ar0ck 09-05-2008 09:25 PM

You can control the sharpness levels on edges to control that.

deadtrend1 09-05-2008 09:28 PM

are you talking about Corel or Adobe?

ar0ck 09-05-2008 09:33 PM

Both work pretty much the same way.
