Quick fuel pressure regulator question
 
When there is low vacuum, a fuel pressure reg will allow MORE fuel, right?

on my ford with the vac line off, its about 40psi...with it on its around 33psi. so i'd say yes

yes... more Hg vacuum = lower pressure allowed to the engine
