fog light question

hey guys, on my 96 trans am the fog lights are pretty beat up so i bought new HID blue tinted ones. do i have to take the bumper off to get to them or can i get at it from underneath?

just kidding, i took the 3 front clips off of the bottom and was able to get the fog lights in thanks anyway guys

I didn't see thie before or i would have told you to just pull the lower valiance panel off

Are they HID or blue-tinted? Shouldn't be both....
