Yerp. Saw it today on my way home from school. For regular granted, but still. It's been a while since I saw a 2.something for gas.

Ana 10-06-2008 09:20 PM

NJ Torque 10-06-2008 09:21 PM

LTb1ow 10-06-2008 09:22 PM

I had almost a full tank in my car for the first time in a very very long time, 3.45 a gallon wooot!

sweetbmxrider 10-06-2008 09:28 PM

wow. thats amazing.

SteveR 10-06-2008 09:28 PM

All we need is diesel to come down too and it'll be all good.

NJ Torque 10-06-2008 09:30 PM

we need it to be around $2.00 for premium.

Anti_Rice_Guy 10-06-2008 09:30 PM

Yeah still a huge difference between regular and premium/diesel

NJ Torque 10-06-2008 09:36 PM

Diesel used to be cheaper, and rightfully so, its LESS refined.

And mid grade and premium used to go up in 10 cent incriments...

Id pass out. Problem is...oil is now UNDER 90 bucks a barrell, so that means that gas SHOULD be in the mid to high 2's. And for anyone thats gunna tell me "it takes time" suck on my ass, if oil jumps 5 bucks tomorrow, gas will shoot right back to 3.2x by the time I leave work.

madness410 10-06-2008 09:44 PM

idk i wont be happy until its 0.95 for premium..

3.2x is being conservative

DaSkinnyGuy 10-06-2008 09:46 PM

$3.79 for regualr here and we still have the gas problem with not enough at the gas stations, most places dont even have super.

That would be good and all except the reason diesel is more now is because it is now more refined. The price went up when they put low sulfer act in affect.

NJ346 10-07-2008 05:25 AM

CNN is reporting that this is the lowest oil has been since the beginning of February, in February I was paying $2.94 for Premium, WTF!

NJSPEEDER 10-07-2008 05:52 AM

I will be impressed when someone sees 93 for $1.19 again. How many people here are old enough to have paid that to fill up their car? :D
