13 is definitely not his lucky number...

if i was OJ i would appeal on the grounds that he cannot get a constitutionally fair trial in the united states due to all the ''oj did it'' hype.
i feel for OJ. he was found not guilty in a criminal court. then he was found monetarily responsible for the golman/nicole simspon side of the family. it doesnt make sense to me. all that led up to the fact that they auctioned off his trophies to pay back for something that he was found not guilty for. THE MAN JUST WANTED BACK HIS TROPHIES THAT HE WORKED HARD TO EARN. oj may not be a stand up guy but i feel where he's coming from. now he's gonna spend time in jail he doesnt deserve imo. |

He was guilty of armed robbery, I'd like to see any proof that the jury's judgment was clouded due to his past legal issues. There is no proof, the evidence spoke and he was found guilty. |
:werd: I was 10 and was home sick that week and remember watching it...he finally got part of what he deserves.

But the glove didn't fit so they had to acquit.

First I'll say that I don't like OJ one bit but, all this shows is how Fxxked up the legal system is in this country. When he had millions to defend himself he was was found not guilty of any charges in criminal court. After the legal system bled him dry he was found guilty on the civil side. Now once again with no million $ dream team to represent him, he is found guilty on "all" charges. He was there for a wedding, he didn't plan an armed robbery or a kidnapping, guilty means he had the intent to commit those crimes, and why did all the other ex-felons get pardoned if they testified against him? It all boils down to money, that's what keeps the system going. No money no defense(no good one anyway). Just my 2cents.
|
The other people involved didn't get a pardon.
Guilty has nothing to do with intent, the fact is regardless of his intent he went up there and tried to strong arm a dealer for his trophies. |
how could ANYONE defend o.j. he should have been in jail years ago. how that jerk off could live with himself is amazing. he's a POS and i hope he rots in jail. thats my :2cents:
KARMA SUCKS !! |
He is a piece of $#!* and this should have happened 13 years ago after he committed murder. Anyone who feels bad for him or thinks otherwise should be in jail with him.

You guys have got to be kidding me.
Our legal system isn't based on karma. In this case, he was found gulity. But it wasn't because of the last time he was in court, this time he was gulity. The last time, he wasn't. All the evidence in the murder case proved that O.J. had nothing to do with it. That's the prosecution blew it. They were grasping for straws. Kinda like I'm doing now trying to defend O.J. May god bless Johnny Cochran for getting him off that charge. Still a work of Genius. |
The fact that people still defend him to this day, is unbelievable. He would have been better off going 13 years ago he was in the spot light he could have found a couple buddies in prison. Now he is a washed up nobody.
