hmmm, cold? i would get a scanner at look at the datastream.

emolineaux 10-21-2008 08:54 PM

both times its done it its been at op. temperature. maybe idle air control sensor getting stuck?

sweetbmxrider 10-21-2008 08:56 PM

could be some crap built up in there. could be a number of other things though. best bet is to get a diagnostic tree and go step by step rather than guessing and chucking parts at it. i was thinking TPS but thats just a thought, voltmeter it up!

sweetbmxrider 10-21-2008 09:04 PM

emolineaux 10-21-2008 09:14 PM

its the fuel tank pressure sensor. its up on top of the fuel tank. i dont feel like dropping it down to replace it lol. i have the sensor sitting on my entertainment center i just have to do it
