Price on block machining
How much does it normally cost to machine a sbc 350 for a 383 stroker kit with .30 over pistons and a 3.75 crank with 5.7 rods?
I want accurate estimates from people who know their crap no bs talk on this thread please. |
i have a 91 block already done .030 over that i have no use for 4 bolt main, all you would have to do is notch the bottoms of the cylinders for crank clearance and match the cylinders to the pistons of choice, i spent over 1500 on machine work to this block from align boring the 4 bolt main caps to machining the head surfaces and the actual boring of the cylinders..all work was done by promotion engineering in Hanover off of rt 10...it yours for $500

Thats a good deal right their, i might consider it but I got another old 69 0010 block for free. Its perfect if I wanted to put a 350 together right now as is but I want to go 383 with it. |
