Went to Atco yesterday

I went to Atco yesterday and got a baseline for my G8. I got a total of 5 runs and this is my best run. First time to the track in 13 years. Damn, it was good time. I need to go more often.

In case to couldn't figure it out, I was in the right lane, car # 357. The car is stock.

Pretty good run John. That's not a bad 60ft time for street tires on a cold track.

Maybe you will have to come down on the 14th. Now that you have knocked the rust off you should be ready to get some really fast passes in :drive:

Nice, not a bad time at all!

Good times for bone stock. My best 60' was a 2.010 when I was stock so your right there and were dealing with a cold track I'm guessing.

You did the 3rd gear trick right?

Great baseline. Car should be easily in the 12's with the new exhaust parts and a tune.

Yeah, the track was pretty cold. What was your best time stock? Yes, I did the 3rd gear trick. I was hitting the limiter about 15-20 feet past the traps. My best 60' was my second to last run of the day.

I was looking for you yesterday Ron. I'll try and make it on the 14th, if it fits in my schedule.

My best bone stock was a 13.8@102 in the summer heat at Island. The third gear trick was disclosed right around that time and I didn't know about it. I think I could have easily gotten it a couple tenths or so lower if I knew about this since the car would shift right before the lights.

Just a T&T. I saw the Honda thing and said to myself, WTF. Luckily I only saw 2 or 3 Hondas.
