..ok so I kept seeing the commercials for it with Ozzy. I've never played it, never really looked into it only because I knew you had to pay a monthly fee. I figured, what the hell, I'll give the free 10-trial a shot. Jesus titty-****ing Christ I'm hooked. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I'm not a HUGE gamer but I'll pick up a game here and there....ughh....at least it's making the time on unemployment pass by quickly...I've had the trial for 3 or 4 days now and I've played WAY too much so far.

I want to get a better video card, I'm running a EVGA 7600GT which is "ok", the 9800GT's are getting cheap, I might snag one off of Newegg as a Christmas present to myself.

They had a quick special on TV a while ago about a 16 year old who dropped out of school cuz he was so addicted. The special also included his daily routine; Wake up, play EIGHTEEN straight hours of WoW, and spend 6 hours sleeping, rinse and repeat, seven days a week. :shock:

This sounds crazy, and go ahead and laugh, but it can really **** up a person's life. I know some people who have gotten in WAY too deep.

One of my friends was addicted to that game, I always made fun of him for staying in and not doing anything besides playing that damn game. Eventually he saw my way, deleted it, and sold his account on ebay for like 200 bucks.

That game is addicting. When I first got it that was the only thing I did outside of work. Seems like just when it starts to get boring they release new content. I don't play too much anymore, maybe at most 2-3 times a week.

yeah, WoW eats peoples lives. I used to run a free server and had over 200 players. that's 200+ lives lost to the game hah.

I was bored enough once I considered trying to get on GMC's server but couldn't get whatever I needed and never looked back :lol:

IMO if I'm going to pay 50.00 to buy the game I'm not paying a monthly fee to use it.
Only times I've played the game was on private servers other then that it's a waste of time.

If I find a few server to play on will I have to start all over?
