Gotta love short lines at inspection

at 7:30 in the morning. I got the crank sensor relearn done yesterday and had several not ready conditions so I had to run through a bunch of different driving combinations last night and then the cold start and idle stuff this morning to let the computer run through the tests. No line at Baker's Basin inspection at 7:30 and I would have been in and out in less than 5 minutes if all the guys didn't come over to check out the car. The other reason to go early in the morning is nobody is pissed off yet from having a bad day. They were all in a good mood and I talked to them for a little while before leaving. Passed with no problems.

Adam we all know you don't need to worry about that for a while:lol:.

JL8Jeff, they pop the hood to check if everything was intact? When I went in January they didn't bother popping the hood or anything.

I didn't notice if they popped the hood but I don't think so. And I don't know if they stuck a mirror underneath to look for cats or not but I have them anyway. When I dyno'd the car back in May it put down 320 hp to the rear wheels(with A4 that's around 380 hp at the crank) with full emission's hooked up to the longtubes and dual cats so it shows you can make some decent power while staying smog legal.

Mods are stainless longtubes with emission's, dual high flow cats, Random Tech cat-back, ported TB, lid, TB bypass, MSD plug wires, EGR tube cut off in TB, PCMforless tune.
