Little help with AC hotels.

Hey guys just a quick question. Does anyone know if their are hotels in AC near the House of Blues (Showboat) that you can rent rooms when your only 18? Im only 19 but for Showboat you have to be 21 and me and my friends were looking to go to see Flogging Molly down there in March.

dont get a hotel connected to a casino, youll have no chance whatsoever, you gotta find some ******** motel off of the boardwalk or a place on 30 if youre underage

Im just looking for any hotel in walking distance to the House of Blues where me and few friends can go back to, to have a place for our tired asses to sleep.

ROFL I know all!!!! actually that end of the city is strait up GHETTO...I'd avoid staying down there...the best western on new york ave is the closest one but thats where all the black shemales hang out...ummm just get a room at showboat or stay at the rodeway inn on providence/pacific ave and ride the jitney to showboat

Mike 01-06-2009 10:11 PM

if you can get beer, you can get a room, it only makes sense, more sense than posting about underage drinking on a public forum at least

Jersyboyy 01-07-2009 12:12 AM

eh everyone these days does it, most countries its legal to drink at 18 theirs a list of top rated college deans/professors that are trying to get the drinking age down to 18, hundreds of them.
Oh and We(18 19 20 year olds) can go fight in iraq, afghanistan and god knows where else we might get sent to, but we cant legally drink in the country we defend.

Its not like the thread was directly about underage drinking he just mentioned it.

Ok lets not turn this post into an underage drinking thing. No comment on it. I just wanted to about the hotels.. And bubba i realize that that area is pretty ghetto. I really don't wanna be around that lol.

Guys, trust me, any place on the boardwalk will card you either on the floor or while trying to register... either you get someone old enough to cover or you wont stay there, ive been going to school in AC for 4 years now

and like i said. if you have someone that can get you alcohol, that same someone can reserve the room. or you can stay out on the highway and use a taxi

I was looking at that place, but is that in the crappier part of the town?

And cbrrmike.. if i put any other reason there would be no problem. New reason why we want a room, because it will be late and we will be tired and we won't want to drive the 2 hours home.. good?
