Impresive...

BarneyMobile 01-23-2009 03:54 PM

Those are some very strong numbers for the mods that are done, espcially being an A4!! Was that with the converter locked?

don't burst my bubble!

but yeah i know hahah. we'll see how i do at the track.

JL8Jeff 01-23-2009 05:38 PM

Those numbers look about 20-30 high on each. I have basically the same mods with a tune and hit 320 rwhp on the TTP dyno back in May on a nice day at their old location. Those look very optimistic, especially without a tune. Did they dyno anyone else recently that you can compare the numbers to?

creeper 01-23-2009 05:52 PM

that's what it dyno'd after they tuned it. and yeah i was expecting more like 325 max. it's not corrected though so that's probably why they're a little high.

a guy over on tech dyno'd 370 through an auto with the same mods as me + an ls6 intake and pulleys. that was through a 4000 stall too. mighta had lockup, i don't remember. anyway it was ~370 and then the corrected was more like 345 or 350 so that's what i'm thinkin.

JL8Jeff 01-23-2009 06:13 PM

Yeah, 320-325 is the expected range for your mods. I thought about the LS6 intake as well and actually had a new one to install, but I wanted to keep the EGR to stay legal and pass inspection so I decided to skip it unless I can find one with the EGR hookup in it.

creeper 01-23-2009 06:41 PM

yeah i was lookin at the slp ones for a while instead of headers. last time i went through inspection though they never even popped the hood so i'm hoping as long as i get some cats on there i can pass the sniffer. i got all the codes tuned out so i'm already set for the OBDII scan.

69BirdX 01-23-2009 06:44 PM

looking good i got to get mien dynoed

creeper 01-23-2009 06:52 PM

i think ttp is like $75 for 3 pulls til the end of the month

69BirdX 01-23-2009 07:13 PM

i got dyno sheets from the kid i bought it from but it was when it was stock. 297hp and 307 ft lbs

MonmouthCtyAntz 01-23-2009 08:57 PM

Good Numbers....

Blackbirdws6 01-23-2009 10:09 PM

Matt usually provides SAE numbers. The uncorrected numbers are typically higher and especially so on a cold day.

Good stuff regardless.

Not necessarily. I put down 297/327 corrected on SSP's dyno with the car and mods listed in my sig.

Whats the shft points set at ?

creeper 01-29-2009 04:41 PM

not sure to be perfectly honest. i never asked. not too much higher than stock if at all. got torque management deleted and shift pressures raised 5-10% though.

camaroracer91 01-29-2009 09:38 PM

how long does ttp have a dicount going and how much does it cost now?

creeper 01-29-2009 10:45 PM

til the end of the month. so basically tomorrow and saturday hahah.

right now it's 150.
