Yeah, I've been considering that. But my goal is to have a job that will pay/reimburse for it. I'm still paying my undergrad student loan and really don't want to throw more debt on top of it.

I actually have a 2nd interview next Thursday with a company that I interviewed with last month (saw this lay off coming), so I'm keeping my hopes up.

I've mainly been in Marketing for the past 4.5 years, but I also have PR, Advertising and Editorial/Copywriting experience...writing is actually one of my strongest skills.

That sucks, but good job being proactive. I've been interviewing as well.

my fathers job was shut down after he spend about 15 yrs there, his retirement 401k fund totally screwed up...although his job was more of shut down by the epa (his company existed since the 70's converting cars to run on propane and natural gas, then switched to forklifts when the cars got shut down)...he knew it was goin down, but then when the economy struck down that place shut down instantly

im stuck working at CVS (which sucks so bad), i started right before the economyhit down, i was workin 5 days a week making 42hrs a week sometimes, now after the economy and all these wall st. people screwing around, im down to barely 2 days a week making an amazing 11 hrs a week....gotta love big business!

Yeah i know the feeling working 44hour weeks less than 3 months ago to working 12 hour weeks doesn't help for paying rent
