Can someone help me out? I am trying to post a few pictures of my cars on the board- don't know what I am doing wrong, but they never come up. If I email someone a few shots can they post them here on the board for me. Thanks very much for the help

first you have to host them somewhere, be it photobucket, fquick, wherever.....once they are on the web i or another of the members can assist with getting them linked to the site.
i can put a couple up for you, but if you plan on taking a lot, you will want your own hosting location...... |
computer > photobucket > profit.

Thanks for the replys, I have 1 or 2 pictures I wanted to put up about my cars. I have them saved in my files- but can't get them to go over. As you can tell, I have no clue what I am doing with this. Thanks

From the last time you needed pic help!

Classic Copper is a great color!
For you local knuckleheads, that is the color JL8Jeff's 70 was originally. |

Nice cars! I really like the Classic Copper but my car does look a little more sinister dressed in black. I have seen some pictures of another Classic Copper L78 car and it looks great.

 that black and red one is pure sex

set back
I got the copper one years ago when second gens were not a big demand to people yet. I have wanted a 70 RSZ since high school
The 1980 I bought my wife as a Christmas present several years ago, from the orig owner. It had just turned 12,000 miles- the owner was in his 80's. Both cars came with alot of paperwork. The copper car was sold new in Newark NJ on 06/21/70 and the owner kept it until 1984 when he traded it for a corvette. The owner of the dealer he traded it to, liked the car so much he kept the car. While he had it, the car was in several magazines in the 80's and 90's which document the miles on the car. It was later sold to a few collectors and ended up in Cal. Where I found it and brought it back home to the East Coast! It has just about 9,905 miles on it now. The orig owner had the wheels painted to match the car when he first took it-(states it in a magazine I got with the car) I thought it looked ugly so I took them off and wrapped them up and put them in storage. I got another set and painted them the correct color, I think it looks much better. The tires, battery and one fan belt have been changed, and the rear shelf had 2 speakers in it. I put that back correct and kept everything. While cleaning the copper one, I found "P B T" stampted inside the left front door in green paint. I never saw this before that on a second gen. It was in such a place that it had to be placed there when the car was built. I have seen a few other orig. cars at shows with it since I found it. I thought they only did that on 1969 camaros? Once again thanks for all the nice comments, Ben |
very nice cars ben!!!!

go to
http://imageshack.us/ click browse select the picture hit host once it comes up go to the very bottum hit advanced select that url it shows and copy it come back here create the thread you want select the image icon then past the url into the back that pops up(make sure not to double post the http things that is in there) that is your 30 sec guide to image hosting or you can just copy and paste the url's for thumbnails for forums but those get annoying and don't always work |
