Opinions on these wheels?

On a 4th gen... The real wheels don't have the split patterns

They are different...

I dont think they look to bad. have to see it on the car tho

madness410 02-24-2009 12:02 AM

+1..the rims look cool but who knows how they would look on the car. im guessing its you camaro? ive seen this style look amazing on trans ams, never really seen the style on camaros though. did you find these on ebay or something?

ar0ck 02-24-2009 12:03 AM

What color car and is the car lowered?

I think they will look like a nice pair of wheels on an F-body if they are done properly with the right size tire and drop.

NJ Torque 02-24-2009 12:11 AM

My car isnt lowered at all...

The rears would be something like a 335... thinking a staggered look.

The car they would go on would either be white or pewter

I found these from a forum friend who has them on his pewter ss and they look really good.

sweetbmxrider 02-24-2009 09:44 PM

i think they would look pretty sweet. not sure which color for which car though but i'm intrigued.

NJ Torque 02-24-2009 10:11 PM

the hyperblacks (grey color) looked amazing on pewter

you have any pics?

rbaksi 02-25-2009 12:05 AM

yeah the hyperblacks would look great, but I'm just not a fan of rivets/nut heads. Would look better without them

I highly doubt those wheels come in a size larger then 10" or 10.5" and you'll need a minimum of an 11.5" wheel to safely run a 335. Goes for 17's or 18's.

NJ Torque 02-25-2009 08:14 AM

I would get them cut and widened for the rear.

KirkEvil 02-25-2009 09:20 AM

I think they would look better on a T/A. The gunmetal ones look cool, but the black ones dont fly with a chrome lip that big

TransAm619 02-26-2009 01:40 PM

Chris, i do like that ur thinking outside the box tho, dont wanna be another shmo with a camaro with z06's lol

unstable bob gable 02-28-2009 04:14 PM

IMHO those wheels look good on just about anything. I've seen that style used on various types of vehicles with a !WIN! every time. Just ubg's opinion, your mileage may vary.

See thats the key thats why i went C6 z06 wheels....................

NJSPEEDER 03-01-2009 02:26 PM

I like them. I think the black would look sweet on your car. What size are you looking at? Seems like the kind of wheel that would look great in a 17 or 18 but silly in a 16.

NJ Torque 03-01-2009 03:10 PM

From what I found, only an 18" option. 18x8 and 18x10.5

creeper 03-02-2009 01:10 PM

i was gonna say i think they'd look good on a darker colored trans am...and i found these:

So when are you ordering them? :) 245's in front and 275's or 285's in back? Or go with the 10.5's at both ends and run big tires all around?

NJ Torque 03-02-2009 08:43 PM

I would be doing a staggered setup...

Also, C5 front brake conversion as well crossed my mind...

BonzoHansen 03-02-2009 08:45 PM

I like them

BurninrubberGT 03-02-2009 09:07 PM
